Tomato malli chammanthi

Ingredients
Fresh coriander/cilantro leaves - 1 cup
Tomato - 1 large
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
green chillies - 2
tamarind - a pinch
Salt - to taste
For seasoning
Coconut oil - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 8-10 nos

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and grind well in mixer. Heat oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add the paste and mix well till the raw smell disppears.
